Domestic Shipping is Free for Orders Over INR200
Once Order is received, the products will be shipped within 2 Working days and delivered within 5 to 7 days.
*Update: All International orders are on hold and we have disabled international order placement until further notice.
Incase of abnormal situation like natural calamity or pandemic, the shipment and delivery of the order can be delayed.
Due to COVID, Shipments can be delayed.
Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 3 Days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/refund, you can contact us at support@iwagumi.com. If your return is accepted, the customer is required to ship the product to the address which will be mentioned in the return accepted email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
