      Shipping and Returns

      Domestic Shipping is Free and Insured upto INR5000.

      Once Order is received, the products will be shipped within 2 days and delivered within 5 to 7 days.

      *Update: All International orders are on hold and we have disabled international order placement until further notice.

      Incase of abnormal situation like natural calamity or pandemic, the shipment and delivery of the order can be delayed.

      Due to COVID, Shipments can be delayed.

      We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 Days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Additional non-returnable items:
      Items which do not have a sealed packing by the manufacturer.

      Electrical equipment that has been opened.
      Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


      To start a return/refund, you can contact us at support@iwagumi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), Items which do not have sealed packaging. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


      Exchanges
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


      Refunds
      We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive the Product refund will not be processed.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
