Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping is Free for Orders Over INR200 Once Order is received, the products will be shipped within 2 Working days and delivered within 5 to 7 days. *Update: All International orders are on hold and we have disabled international order placement until further notice. Incase of abnormal situation like natural calamity or pandemic, the shipment and delivery of the order can be delayed. Due to COVID, Shipments can be delayed.

Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 3 Days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return/refund, you can contact us at support@iwagumi.com. If your return is accepted, the customer is required to ship the product to the address which will be mentioned in the return accepted email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can always contact us for any return question at support@iwagumi.com. Please note, certain items are not valid for return.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Product with obvious signs of use * Electrical equipment that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive the Product refund will not be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages not notified within 48hours of receipt of product will not be entertained
